1 Acceptance of Terms

By using PUROHITSETU services, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You agree to comply with these Terms.
• The information provided by you during booking is accurate and complete.
• You are legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable Indian law.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2 Nature of Services

PUROHITSETU facilitates and/or provides Hindu religious and spiritual services through qualified or associated priests/purohits, subject to availability. Services may include:

• Ganpati Poojan
• Satyanarayan Puja
• Vastu Shanti & Griha Pravesh Puja
• Homa/Havan
• Marriage-related religious ceremonies
• Religious festivals and special pujas
• Kundli/Jyotish guidance & Vastu-related guidance
• Other religious ceremonies offered by PUROHITSETU

The exact procedure, samagri, duration, and requirements may vary according to the type of puja, family tradition, regional practice, priestly tradition, and circumstances.

3 Booking

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after PUROHITSETU has received the required booking information and, where applicable, the required payment or advance payment. Customers may be required to provide:

• Name, mobile number, and email address (where applicable).
• Puja/service selected along with date and time.
• Address/location of service and names of participants.
• Gotra or other religious information where required.
• Other information reasonably necessary to conduct the selected ceremony.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during booking is correct.

4 Date and Time

The customer must provide the correct preferred date and time. Religious ceremonies may sometimes be scheduled according to Panchang, Muhurat, priest availability, location, duration of the ceremony, and religious requirements. PUROHITSETU may contact the customer if the selected date/time needs to be modified.

5 Priest/Purohit Availability

Although PUROHITSETU will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested priest/purohit, availability may vary due to illness, emergency, travel restrictions, unavoidable personal circumstances, weather or natural events, or religious and operational circumstances. If the originally assigned priest is unavailable, PUROHITSETU may arrange another suitable priest or offer an alternative date/time.

6 Puja Samagri

Where puja samagri is included in the selected package, PUROHITSETU will communicate the applicable inclusions. Where samagri is not included, the customer may be required to arrange the specified materials. The exact quantity and type of samagri may vary depending on the ceremony and traditional requirements.

7 Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information.
• Providing access to the venue at the agreed time.
• Ensuring that the venue is reasonably prepared for the ceremony.
• Arranging any customer-specific materials that are not included in the selected package.
• Informing PUROHITSETU about relevant changes before the ceremony.
• Following reasonable instructions provided for conducting the ceremony.

8 Payments

Applicable service charges will be communicated before confirmation of the booking. Payment may be made through the payment methods made available by PUROHITSETU. The customer should retain the payment confirmation or transaction reference until the service is completed. PUROHITSETU shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways, banks, or payment service providers.

9 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility shall be governed by the PUROHITSETU Cancellation & Refund Policy applicable to the relevant booking. Certain services may have different cancellation conditions because they require advance preparation, priest allocation, travel arrangements, or purchase of puja materials. Any applicable refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and within a reasonable processing period.

10 Changes to Booking

Customers should contact PUROHITSETU as early as reasonably possible if they wish to change the date, time, location, service, number of participants, or other important booking details. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges where applicable.

11 Religious Practices

PUROHITSETU aims to conduct ceremonies according to applicable Hindu religious traditions and the selected puja procedure. Religious procedures may differ between regions, sampradayas, family traditions, Vedic traditions, Puranic traditions, local customs, and priest/practice traditions. Therefore, minor variations in procedure, mantras, samagri, or sequence should not automatically be considered a service failure.

12 Jyotish and Vastu Services

Kundli, Jyotish, and Vastu services provided through PUROHITSETU are intended as traditional/spiritual guidance. Such guidance should not be treated as a guaranteed prediction or substitute for professional advice relating to medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, or other regulated matters. PUROHITSETU does not guarantee any specific future outcome, financial result, marriage outcome, employment result, health outcome, or other personal result based on Jyotish or Vastu guidance.

13 Website and Content

PUROHITSETU may publish religious, educational, cultural, and informational content. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accuracy; however, religious traditions and interpretations may differ. Images, videos, text, graphics, logos, designs, and other PUROHITSETU content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

14 Third-Party Services

PUROHITSETU may use third-party services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, hosting providers, communication platforms, maps/location services, analytics services, and other technology providers. Use of such services may be subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies.

15 Limitation of Liability

PUROHITSETU will make reasonable efforts to provide booked services as agreed. However, PUROHITSETU shall not be liable for delays, cancellation, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruption, government restrictions, technical failures, emergencies, illness, or other force majeure events. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PUROHITSETU shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

16 Prohibited Use

Customers must not:

• Provide false information.
• Misuse the booking system.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or systems.
• Use PUROHITSETU services for unlawful purposes.
• Upload harmful software or malicious material.
• Impersonate another person.
• Misuse PUROHITSETU's name, logo, or intellectual property.

17 Privacy

Personal information collected during booking or communication will be handled in accordance with the PUROHITSETU Privacy Policy.

18 Changes to Terms

PUROHITSETU may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published through the applicable PUROHITSETU website or service channel and will become effective from the stated date.

19 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the applicable PUROHITSETU business location.
